I am a Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing educator based in Grange Park. If you are considering hypnosis but are unsure about it, call me today so that I can help you.
About Your Business: I can help you with lots of different personal issues you may have. From Stopping Smoking to overcoming anxiety using hypnotherapy and NLP.
I have successfully treated many people for the following: Fears / Phobias / Lack of Confidence / Self Esteem / Insomnia / Anxiety / Panic Attacks / Relationship issues / Weight Loss / Motivation / Procrastination / Stopping Smoking / Stopping Drinking / Gambling / Pain Relief......this list goes on.
I also teach Birth Preparation classes using The Wise Hippo Programme.Would you like to be able to have the best possible birthing experience for you and you baby?
I believe in preparing you and your birth partner for every outcome. Whether you have a vaginal birth, a C section, all the drugs or no drugs, in a birthing pool, in hospital, at home or in the car. I will also prepare you to be ready for any curve balls that should arrive whilst you are pregnant and giving birth.
I do not teach the old style hypnobirthing, one that says if you do what I tell you then you will have a perfect birth. I am realistic and honest with my clients and teach you skills to prepare you accordingly.
I am fully qualified and registered and absolutely love my job - it is very rewarding 🙂

I set up my business on a whim after I made a Super Mario cake for my best friend's son's birthday. At the party everyone asked me if I made cakes professionally and I decided that the answer was....Yes! Yes I did. So I went home and thought up a name for my business, joined the world of social media and off I went to learn everything I could about running a cake business. I did my food hygiene certificate, got insured, registered with my council and achieved my 5* hygiene rating of which I couldn't be more proud. I look back on that Super Mario cake now and can't believe how far my skills have progressed but that will always be my favourite cake because it lead me to my passion and lit up my life with joy and now I get to share that excitement at every cake with you.
Zebras Children and Adults Charity - we are a local registered charity, supporting people in the community and England and Wales living with disabilities.
About Your Business: We are a Enfield based charity which has been inspired by our own experience, we are parent carers to our Autistic Son. We created the charity due to a realization of a lack of recreational services for people who just want somewhere to go where they can be themselves, be accepted, and above have fun! The charities services are the place where people can do just that. We also launched this year a funding opportunity for individuals who may just want to do something in their own time and space - this is our "recreation fund", which is relatively unique and is already proving to be successful in helping to fund people to do activities such as take a short break, learn to swim and day trips out .
We also help to alleviate the effects of poverty through various projects one of which being a amazing initiative launched last Christmas in partnership with Edmonton Salvation Army - "The Christmas collections". Last Christmas we supported over 70 families living in destitution in Enfield, Tottenham and Edmonton by giving each of them large food parcels plus large gift bags full of brand new toys for their children. This service was deemed as a life line, we are aiming to do this every year.
Aside from this ourselves - the founders, personally made visits to children who have life limiting conditions in their own homes. We dressed as Mr and Mrs Santa Claus and again brought gifts for the children and all their siblings. This was a very humbling experience, which will be repeated again this year.
A further project which we run throughout the year is the Fareshare project in partnership with Tesco. Each week surplus food is collected by Jamie - The founder and distributed to local families in need.
At key times through the year we also run additional events for our beneficiaries in the form of Easter parties for the children, disco's and Christmas events, plus a relaxed Santa visit - created especially for children who like our own son struggle to visit Santa in an ordinary setting due to their disabilities.
Aside from all the above the charity also provides information, advice and emotional support. We are a small charity run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers and trustees.
